Ports and Services data is only available to VirusTotal Enterprise users. Vulnerability data is only returned to users whose subscription includes vulnerability intelligence.

This endpoint is the same as /port_analyses/{id}/{relationship} except it returns just the related object's descriptors (type + id, and context attributes if any) instead of returning all attributes.
